The LA Times is reporting that Chris Douridas was arrested for drugging and kidnapping a 14 year old girl.

KCRW host is suspected of drugging and trying to kidnap a girl, 14, but has not been charged.

KCRW-FM radio host Chris Douridas, an influential Grammy-nominated musical tastemaker who has consulted on such Hollywood films as "American Beauty" and "Shrek 2," was arrested last week outside a popular Santa Monica bar on suspicion of drugging and trying to kidnap a 14-year-old girl.

Douridas, 43, was arrested shortly after midnight Jan. 6, said Lt. Frank Fabrega of the Santa Monica Police Department. Witnesses, who reported seeing Douridas put a substance into the victim's drink and carry her out of the Circle Bar on Main Street, flagged down police, Fabrega said. A man, identified by authorities only as in his 30s, was arrested as a possible accomplice to Douridas.

Chris you're legal bills and career going in radically opposite directions. You should hire a spin doctor time quickly. Perhaps this is good time to sell the house in Pacific Palisades. If you do get convicted and released from prison in 2016, the fine folks of Pacific Palisades are not going to want you to live next to their children.

Not nearly as crazy as kidnapping and drugging minors is Ruth Seymour who runs KCRW support for Chris. Seymour recently fired radio commentator Sandra Tsing Loh because of an on-air obscenity due to an audio edit accident.

But Ruth Seymour and gang at KCRW are going to stand behind Chris who was really arrested for drugging and kidnapping 14 year old girl. Way to go Ruth this will make the "fun drive" super. Will some of the funds be going to support Chris's defense?

I spotted this on ever so awesome egotastic and thought it was worth talking about. Lindsay's last video "Confessions of a Broken Heart" is really well made. Lindsy is also the director. So, that makes this 19 year old an actor, singer and director - Wow. At least Lindsay really works which is way more then freak celebs like Paris and Nicky Hilton.

I can't say I love or like the single, but it is pretty interesting song based on what I know about Lindsay's family life. You can also spot her younger sister in the video.

Go see King Kong it kicks ass!!!

I was excited about seeing King Kong and for know real reason. The cast didn't really draw me nor did the director, although I do know Peter Jackson is extremely tenanted director. In fact, I can't stand the odd Halloween face Adrien Broody. I think I wanted to see King Kong because it was a big Hollywood movie that ran nearly three hours long. I wanted cinematic adventure; I wanted an escape. The movie totally over delivers for me.

The story was King Kong the tale of love and impossibility and then death, but the way it was shot and animated was transporting for me. I was taken for a ride the moment the light dimmed at the Archlight in Hollywood - the benefits of living in Los Angeles. There is nothing I can say sucked about this movie. It truly is a blockbuster Hollywood movie with all the bells and whistles.

If you have few bucks for a movie go see King Kong and have fun for a change at a movie.

You got to love Britney Spears in Vegas.

You have to admit watching Britney in music videos is an awesome experience. She looks hot and she grinding every inch of the screen. It is really exhilarating.

However, these recent photos show that Britney owes her TV magic team a lot of money. She looks like some girl that lives in a hotel and eats Sonic burgers all day. Britney needs to get a membership to Curves :)

We know Britney it is a hard life to be famous and married to a jackass.

Lindsay Lohan in the hospital.

Lindsay Lohan starts 2006 with a bang. ET has confirmed that actress LINDSAY LOHAN was admitted to a hospital in Miami on Monday after suffering an asthma attack. Our MARC MALKIN has learned that the attack was so bad that it caused a broken blood vessel in her neck, which prompted doctors to advise the actress to seek treatment at the hospital. According to a rep, Lohan is still in the hospital for observation. The 'Mean Girls' star was in the Florida town hosting a New Year's Eve party on Saturday at the Prive nightclub. Lohan, 19, is scheduled to begin filming her new drama 'Chapter 27' with JARED LETO in two weeks.
