Hottie- Mischa Barton was arrested and jailed on Thursday for drunken driving, marijuana possession and driving without a license, Los Angeles police said. How dumb can you be?
Barton, 21, best known for her role as Marissa Cooper on the hit Fox television drama "The O.C.," was pulled over while driving over in West Hollywood around 3 a.m.
Police said her vehicle was straddling two lanes of traffic and said she failed to signal when making a turn.
"During Ms. Barton's detention, she was stripped searched and it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage," the official report said.
